1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tabt ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual who accesses, browses or registers an account ("you", "the User"). tabt operates as an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform serving adult users in Malaysia and other eligible territories.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and tabt. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

tabt does not claim to be regulated by any Malaysian government authority. Users located in Malaysia are solely responsible for understanding and complying with local laws applicable to online gambling. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on tabt, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout the use of your Account.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another individual or entity.
• You have full legal capacity to enter a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by tabt or any related responsible-gambling programme.
• You are accessing the Platform from a territory where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

tabt reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure. Where a User is found to have misrepresented their eligibility, tabt may void all transactions and forfeit any balance held at the time of discovery.

4 Account Registration and Security

When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid mobile number. You must notify tabt promptly of any material change to the information provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any one-time authentication codes with any third party. tabt will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate registrations will be suspended.
• Corporate, trust or shared accounts are not permitted.
• You must log out of your Account when using a shared or public device.
• Suspected unauthorised access must be reported to tabt support immediately.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

tabt supports a range of Malaysian payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX and direct bank transfers through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits such as USDT TRC20 may also be available. The availability of any specific method may change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your legal name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger a hold and review.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may differ by method or account status.
• Deposits in currencies other than MYR may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and conversion costs are borne by the User.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of all applicable KYC checks.
• Processing times are estimates only: e-wallet withdrawals typically target under five minutes; bank transfers typically target five to sixty minutes. Actual times may vary.
• tabt reserves the right to carry out additional source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above standard thresholds.
• Withdrawals to a payment method different from the deposit source may not be permitted unless no alternative is available and supporting documentation is provided.

Fees: Most deposit and withdrawal methods carry no platform-side fee. Network fees associated with cryptocurrency transactions are borne by the User. Any applicable fee will be disclosed before a transaction is confirmed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional offers made available on tabt are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. Claiming any bonus constitutes acceptance of all applicable conditions.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a Wagering Requirement of X15 on an RM100 bonus requires MYR 1,500 in eligible wagers.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: Where Bonus Funds are active, a maximum single wager — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 depending on the offer — may apply. Wagers exceeding this cap may lead to cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino products and certain other games may contribute a lower rate, commonly 10% to 20%.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds not used within the stated period — typically 7, 14 or 30 days — will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Sticky Bonuses: Where an offer is designated as sticky, the principal Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn; only eligible net winnings above the bonus amount may form part of a withdrawal.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain promotions cap the total amount that may be withdrawn as a result of bonus activity, regardless of actual winnings. This limit will be stated in the individual offer terms.

tabt reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional systems, including but not limited to coordinated bonus exploitation, will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

7 Acceptable Use

By using tabt you agree to use the Platform in a lawful and honest manner. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing or exploitation of software errors.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposit and withdrawal cycles.
• Using a VPN, proxy or similar service to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls.
• Accessing the Platform or placing wagers on behalf of another person.
• Any conduct that could reasonably be considered abusive, harassing or threatening toward Platform staff or other users.

tabt maintains the right to monitor Account activity for compliance with these Terms. Where prohibited conduct is identified, tabt may suspend or close the Account, void associated transactions, withhold pending withdrawals and refer the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

8 Responsible Gambling

Gambling involves financial risk. tabt does not represent gambling as a reliable source of income and strongly discourages participation beyond a pre-determined entertainment budget using discretionary funds only.

tabt provides or may provide access to the following responsible-gambling controls:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total funds deposited.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts notifying a User of the duration of their current session.
• Cooling-off Periods: Temporary Account restrictions for a chosen period during which gambling activity is suspended.
• Self-exclusion: A permanent or long-term Account closure where a User determines that gambling is no longer appropriate for them.

Users in Malaysia who require support may seek assistance from appropriate welfare services. tabt enforces a strict 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to close any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of underage access.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on tabt — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, data compilations and software — is the intellectual property of tabt or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international copyright and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, republish, scrape, redistribute or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from tabt.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tabt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers or banking systems.
• Temporary or extended Platform unavailability due to technical maintenance, external attacks or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

By you: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Before closure is finalised, all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with normal rules and any verified withdrawable balance will be processed.

By tabt: tabt may suspend or close an Account immediately and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms or any applicable law is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The Account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 3.
• Suspicious, fraudulent or potentially criminal activity is detected.
• A responsible-gambling self-exclusion request has been received.
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable period.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the User, tabt reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation.

12 Amendments to These Terms

tabt may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the revised document will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are significant, tabt may also notify registered Users via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.

13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which tabt holds its applicable operating licence. This may include international jurisdictions such as Curaçao or Malta; no specific licence number is claimed in these Terms, and users should refer to official Platform documentation for current operating details.

Users in Malaysia acknowledge that no Malaysian government authority regulates online gambling platforms of this nature. Each User is individually responsible for ensuring their participation complies with Malaysian law. tabt does not provide legal advice and recommends that uncertain users seek independent legal guidance.
